Easter Eggs Mason Jar

*** Thousands of infants and children have ended up in the hospital after ingesting water beads and many retailers are no longer selling them. I have removed my water bead product links out of an abundance of caution. ***

This Easter Eggs mason jar craft is a super cute Easter decoration and it is so easy to make!

I have really been looking forward to browsing the Easter decor aisles at Hobby Lobby. I knew I would find something fun to use in a mason jar craft. These tiny, glittery Easter Eggs were just what I was looking for.

Making this mason jar craft couldn’t be easier. I hydrated some clear water beads and put them in the mason jar along with the eggs. Then, I filled the jar with water and used a wooden dowel to push the eggs around until I was happy with their placement.

I was a little concerned that the glitter would come off the eggs. Some of it did, but it just made the jar glittery! I also wasn’t sure if it would be a problem that the eggs were foam. They were a little harder to push into place than some of the other things I have worked with (just because they are so light), but it wasn’t a big deal.

“Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, and He said to them, ‘Thus it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise again from the dead the third day, and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem.’ “
